Details: The Nitro Swindle Snowboard answers the cries of rail rats who are tired of paying too much for snowboards they end up destroying anyway. Nitro left out the bells and whistles, and focused on the important stuff like a durable Powercore II core, and extra-beefy Railkiller edges designed to withstand even the most botched gap-to-rail attempts. Add in a buttery flex and Zero Camber profile that locks into presses and stomps landings, and you end up with a serious street and park jibbing machine. The Zero Camber profile is flat for a stable and forgiving feel that still retains much of the pop and edge hold you find in a cambered board. Biax fiberglass provides a buttery flex for getting loose on jibs and making smooth turns, and beefy RailKiller edges are 20% thicker than standard edges so they can take a beating when you're throwing down in the streets. The lightweight Powercore II poplar core features inlaid beech strips for extra strength, and it has Whiplash profiling so it's thinner between the bindings for maximum pressibility and thicker underfoot for durability. Nitro also decided to give it an upgrade this season by adding a durable, lightning-fast Speed Formula HD sintered base.
